In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "pg303", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the pg303 platform accessible at https://pg303.app and all associated sub-domains and mobile applications.
• "Platform" means the entirety of the pg303 website, mobile applications, software, services, and gaming content made available to registered members.
• "Member", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has completed the account registration process and holds an active pg303 account.
• "Account Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Member's pg303 wallet, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to active wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback amounts, or other incentive-based credits awarded to a Member's account that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Member must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process by which pg303 collects and validates a Member's government-issued identification, proof of address, and payment method documentation prior to authorising withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the pg303 platform is unlawful under applicable local law. Members are solely responsible for determining whether access is lawful in their jurisdiction.
• "Force Majeure" means any event outside pg303's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, natural disasters, or pandemics.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the suite of self-regulatory features available to all Members, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.

By accessing the pg303 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and pg303 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior representations, understandings, or agreements — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter.

Access to and use of the pg303 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) aged 21 years or older.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or are lawfully present in Indonesia at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform for your own personal recreational use and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by pg303 or any affiliated gaming operator.
• You have not previously had a pg303 account closed for violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of pg303 or any of its affiliated game studio partners.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.

pg303 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued identity document such as an Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by pg303 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

To access the full range of pg303 services, you must complete the account registration process and create a single personal account. The following rules apply to all pg303 accounts:

Each individual may hold only one active pg303 account at any given time. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. pg303 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be voided.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, your date of birth, your Indonesian mobile telephone number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. Providing false or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. pg303 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available in the account security settings. You must notify pg303 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. pg303 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

pg303 reserves the right to require identity verification at any point during your use of the Platform. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal above the threshold specified in the payments section is processed. Required documentation typically includes a clear copy of your KTP or passport, a bank account confirmation in your name (matching the account used for deposits), and, where requested, a selfie holding your identity document. Failure to complete KYC within 14 calendar days of the request will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on pg303 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). pg303 does not charge any platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pg303 bears no responsibility.

pg303 accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

• Local bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, Bank Danamon
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are displayed at the cashier page and may be updated without prior notice. Deposits made from payment accounts that do not match the name on your pg303 account will be returned and may trigger a security review.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The standard processing time for withdrawal requests is 15 minutes on average for both bank transfers and e-wallet payouts during normal operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be extended during peak periods, Indonesian public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

pg303 reserves the right to apply enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or that exhibit patterns inconsistent with normal recreational play. During such reviews, withdrawal processing may be paused for up to 5 business days pending investigation.

pg303 operates exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah. No foreign currency conversion is applied to Member balances. Any deposit made in a currency other than IDR will be rejected or converted at pg303's prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt, which may differ from the interbank rate.

pg303 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this clause, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotions at the time of offer.

All Bonus Funds credited to a Member's account are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Until the wagering requirement is fully met, Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn. Any real-money balance in the account may be withdrawn at any time regardless of outstanding wagering requirements, unless the Member has opted into a bonus that specifically locks the real-money balance during the promotional period — in which case this will be clearly stated at the time of opt-in.

Bonuses are available to eligible Indonesian residents who have a fully verified pg303 account in good standing. pg303 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility by country, payment method, game type, or membership tier at its sole discretion. The following activities will result in immediate bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.
• Using Bonus Funds in a manner designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure (e.g., placing opposing bets on the same outcome across multiple accounts).
• Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Using a payment method that does not match the registered account details to claim a deposit-match bonus.

Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Member's account balance without notice. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated.

pg303 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a Member is actively meeting its wagering requirements, pg303 will honour the original bonus terms for that Member's outstanding wagering obligation.

All bets and wagers placed on pg303 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport, as published within each game's interface or in the sportsbook rules section. In the event of any conflict between a game-specific rule and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the game-specific rule is more restrictive, in which case the more restrictive rule applies.

Sports betting markets — including football (bandar bola, Indonesia's colloquial term for football bookmaking), mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator betting), and other sports — are governed by the Sportsbook Rules available in the Help section. Pre-match and in-play odds are subject to change until a bet is officially confirmed. pg303 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were offered in error, including where the odds were manifestly incorrect due to a technical or human error.

All casino games offered on pg303 — including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live, slots from PG Soft, Habanero, Microgaming, and NetEnt, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) pools — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Payout Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game interruption, or platform error that results in a bet or game round being incomplete, the affected round will be voided and any wager amount will be returned to the Member's Account Balance. pg303 is not liable for any consequential loss arising from a technical malfunction.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pg303 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from pg303.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with betting markets offered on pg303.
• Collusion with other Members or third parties to exploit promotions, bonus structures, or RNG game mechanics.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software component of the pg303 platform.
• Using the pg303 platform for any money laundering activity or attempting to disguise the origin of funds deposited into your account.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or financing terrorism through the pg303 platform.
• Circumventing any responsible gaming restriction or self-exclusion that has been applied to your account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pg303 staff members via any communication channel.

All content on the pg303 platform — including but not limited to the pg303 brand name and logo, website design, software code, game interfaces, promotional graphics, written content, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of pg303 or its licensed third-party providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without pg303's prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Habanero, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, Microgaming, and NetEnt remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to that studio's own licensing terms.

pg303 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian identity number (NIK from your KTP), residential address, mobile telephone number, email address, bank account details, and transaction history. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, comply with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations, and deliver customer support. It is not sold to third parties.

pg303 implements 256-bit TLS encryption on all data transmitted between the Member's device and the Platform, and applies industry-standard security protocols to all data stored in its systems. Full details of data retention periods, your data subject rights, and the process for submitting a data access or deletion request are set out in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pg303's total aggregate liability to any Member — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pg303 shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill, or reputation.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Losses arising from the Member's internet service provider's failure, power outage, or device malfunction.
• Losses resulting from a Force Majeure event.
• Losses arising from the Member's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Errors in odds, game results, or pay-tables that were the result of a manifest technical error, provided that pg303 corrects the error promptly and notifies affected Members.

Either party may terminate the Member's account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

You may close your pg303 account at any time by contacting the customer support team at [email protected] and requesting account closure. Upon closure, any remaining Account Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that no fraud investigation is pending.

pg303 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — circumstances where:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Member has provided false registration information or failed to complete KYC verification.
• pg303 has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• The Member has been found to be under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account would expose pg303 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk.

Where an account is closed by pg303 due to a proven breach of these Terms & Conditions, any Account Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is ultimately established, any balance to which the Member is entitled will be returned within 30 business days.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pg303 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to pg303's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days of being raised, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking interim injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction pending the outcome of arbitration.

You acknowledge that, as a resident of Indonesia, you are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the pg303 platform complies with all applicable Indonesian laws. pg303 does not represent that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in Indonesia or in any other jurisdiction, and the availability of the Platform in your location does not constitute a representation by pg303 that such access is permitted under local law.

pg303 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pg303 will provide notice to Members via the email address registered on their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform homepage at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the pg303 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect. The effective date displayed at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.
